Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a GLS tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real time..

Due to the high number of deliveries at Christmas time, GLS occasionally experiences delays. Please anticipate a potential additional waiting time for your parcel to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unused, unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for return. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details.

We do not currently offer exchanges. You can still return any unsuitable item(s) for a refund and if you need a different size or colour of an item, you can place a new order.

We advise to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged show box as this is considered part of the product.

Items should be returned to us within 30 days. Returns outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

Please note: Sale items are non-refundable, unless they are damaged, faulty, or not as described, in accordance with Irish and EU consumer protection laws.
