Returns

We know that the perfect fit is essential when you want to give your best performance. To make sure that happens, we offer a simple returns policy on all our products when you buy direct from sodancastore.com. If you are unhappy with any product, you can return it to us within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund (postage charges not included). The same applies, of course, to any sodancastore.com product with a defect or fault. Refunds will be issued in full to the original form of payment only.

Information About the Returns Process:

In all cases, the returned items must be in their original condition. This includes tags and any packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may decline to accept it and may send it back to you.

In the interest of hygiene, tights and underwear are non-returnable or exchangeable unless faulty.

Repackage the item(s) including all original packaging and tags. Return the item(s) to us. Please remember to include your contact details on the returns form. Without these details, we will not be able to process your request accordingly. Use the RETURN FORM provided and please contact us if you did not receive one.

We do not currently offer exchanges. You can still return any unsuitable item(s) for a refund and if you need a different size or colour of an item, you can place a new order.

Please allow 7 working days for us to receive your returned item(s). Once received, we will inspect and process your return within 5 working days. You will cover the cost of returning the item to us. If you are returning a genuinely faulty item we will reimburse any postage costs incurred.

You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been received and processed. We suggest using a tracked method of post to return your items to us as So Dança can not take any responsibility for items lost in the post. It is also your responsibility to ensure that items for return reach us in a suitable condition.

All refunds will automatically be issued to the card/method used to make the original purchase. In the event that we are unable to provide a suitable replacement for an exchange, we will automatically refund you and let you know via e-mail. We will usually refund what you paid for your order but not the delivery charge unless your order was cancelled or the entire order was faulty or incorrect.

We’re so sorry to hear you have received something that’s not in perfect condition. If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by emailing us at orders@sodancastore.com

When you contact us please make sure to include the following information so that we can resolve the issue as fast as possible:

  • Your Name, Order Number, Product Name/Code, Picture of the fault and a Description of the fault.
  • The product name/code can be found in your order confirmation email.

Please inform us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

When you contact us please make sure to include the following information so that we can resolve the issue as fast as possible:

Your Name, Order Number and Contact Details.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You will be responsible for all return postage costs unless the goods you received are faulty or incorrect (according to your original order). We always recommend that you send your returned goods back to us via a recorded delivery service, as you will be able to track your return. Please retain the proof of posting from your shipper. Without this, we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. We will ship exchanges back to you free of charge.

All goods being returned must be sealed in their original boxes or packaging, and then safely packaged. You are responsible for the return of the items, and any damage caused to them whilst in transit back to us may affect your chances of a full refund.

Marked, scuffed or dirty shoes and/or items displaying obvious evidence of wear will be returned to the customer. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
