We understand that delivering your order, at a time that is convenient for you is important. If something goes wrong, as they sometimes will, then fixing it quickly becomes our priority. A dedicated customer service team is located at our head office in Dublin to handle any problems that you may experience with delivery when using our site or to take orders over the phone. WHEN WE SHIP?
We ship on business days only. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays. Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email. This estimate above does not include preparation time - we need 1-3 business days to make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be. So Dança UK & Ireland works with production and shipping partners to get your dancewear to your doorstep as quickly as possible, wherever that may be. Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders by the day listed above, timeframes may vary from region to region.

Even if your order hasn’t arrived by the listed date, it’s probably still on its way. If you have not received confirmation and shipped emails, feel free to give us a call or send an email to double-check on your order. It’s probably on the way and the email got lost in a spam folder. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and added to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We rely on GLS delivery service to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. You’ll be able to track your order from the GLS website within Ireland but this will differ when shipping beyond Ireland. All tracking details will be included on your order’s page as well as in the shipping email we send you.
WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
We are located at our head office in Dublin. Our orders ship from the order fulfilment centre and the dedicated customer care staff are there to handle any problems that you may experience when using the site.
THERE’S SOMETHING MISSING FROM MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Your order might be coming in more than one shipment. If you have only partially received your order, please let us know straight away by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When you contact us please make sure to include the following information so that we can resolve the issue as fast as possible: Your Name, Order Number, Product Name/Code (of the missing item). The product name/code can be found in your order confirmation email.
