If you like a really secure, “locked-in” fit (especially for exams): go 2 sizes down.
If you prefer a little wiggle room or have a wider foot: try 1 size down.
They’re designed to hug the foot once you’re warmed up, so don’t be surprised if they feel a touch snug at first – that’s what helps you feel supported through all your character work.
