Shipping & Returns

So you’ve done your shopping; just how long will it be till you can rock that swanky new purchase? The calculator below will give you the average amount of days it takes to ship a product to your door and the best time to contact our support team. Please note that every order at So Danca Store is custom printed just for you, and will take 1-3 business days to print prior to shipping.

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
  • We ship in business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
  • The estimate above does not include preparation time - we need 1-3 business days to make sure your custom order is everything you hoped it would be.

So Danca @ Dance World works with production and shipping partners to get your things to your doorstep, wherever that may be. Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders by the day listed above, actual timeframes may vary from region to region.

So when do you contact So Danca Store? Even if your order hasn’t arrived by the listed date, it’s probably still on its way (and worth the wait). Our customer service lines are open from 9.30am- 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.   1. How much is shipping?

    Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

  2. Can I track my order?

    We rely on a local postal services (An Post) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.

  3. Where does my order ship from?

    We Are located at our head office in Dublin to handle any problems that you may experience when using the site or to take orders over the phone.

Returns

We know that a perfect fit is essential if you want to give your best performance and to make sure that happens we offer a simple and free returns policy on all our products when you buy direct from sodancastore.com If you are not happy with your product you can return it to us within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund (without the postage charges). The same applies, of course, to any sodancastore.com product with a defect in craftsmanship or material. Refunds will only be issued in full to original form of payment. Information About the Returns Process:

  • You can return any item (except tights and underwear) within 28 days of receipt for a refund or a direct exchange for a different size/colour of the same product.
  • In all cases, the returned items must be in their original condition which includes tags and any packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may decline to accept it and may send it back to you.
  • In the interest of hygiene, tights and underwear are non-returnable or exchangeable unless faulty.
I want to make a return for an exchange or a refund. What should I do?

It is very important that when you return an item, we know what it relates to. Please remember to include your details and specify whether you want a refund or an exchange on the returns form. Without these details, we will not be able to process your request accordingly: use the RETURN FORM.

  • Please allow 7 working days for us to receive your return. Once received, we will inspect and process your return within 5 working days to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible. We do not charge for redelivery of exchanges.
  • You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been received and processed.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. In the event that we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via e-mail. We will usually refund what you paid for your order but not the delivery charge unless your order was cancelled or the entire order was faulty or incorrect.

Important Information

You will be responsible for all return postage costs unless the goods you received are faulty or incorrect (according to your original order). Please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. We will ship exchanges back to you free of charge.

  • We always recommend that you send your returned goods back to us via a recorded delivery services, as you will be able to track your return.
  • All goods being returned must be sealed in their original boxes or packaging, and then safely packaged. You are responsible for the return of the items, and any damage caused to them whilst in transit back to us may affect your chances of a full refund.
  • Marked, scuffed or dirty shoes and/or items displaying obvious evidence of wear will be returned to the customer. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
